Since it's inception Sizanane Property Services has concluded a number of large property valuation projects. These includes;

GENERAL VALUATION ROLL: The scope of these projects included the completion of the General Valuation Roll,, comprehensive audit of the clients property data base and assistance with the integration of the General Valuation Roll into the clients financial system for billing purposes. These projects all enhanced the income of the clients by allowing the client to bill on the ommitted properties as well as on escalated property values. Properties included were residential, commercial, industrial, retail and farms: 

  • Lekwa Local Municipality (Mpumalanga) - 28 000 properties 
  • Amahlathi local Municipality (Eastern Cape) - 14 000 properties  
  • Nkonkobe Local Municipality (Eastern Cape) - 12 000 properties
  • Mnquma Local Municipality ((Eastern Cape) - 9 000 properties
  • Engcobo Local Municipality (Eastern Cape) - 3 000 properties 
  • Great Kei Local Municipality (Eastern Cape) - 13 000 properties
  • Nyandeni Local Municipality (Eastern Cape) - 3 000 properties
  • Umzimvubu Local Municipality (Eastern Cape) - 3 400 properties
  • City of Tshwane 2020 General Valuation(Gauteng)

INVESTMENT PROPERTY VALUATIONS: Investment Property Valuations on several Investment Properties, including commercial, industrial and retail properties, using the DCF on Cougar (Valuation Program). Projects focused on market valuations and market rental determination for Commercial, Industrial and Retail properties. Clients includes; Stanlib (Gauteng) , Pangbourne Properties (Gauteng) ,
PIC (Public Investment Corporation - Gauteng) and PRASA (Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa), etc..
